I have just sold a second home through Jackson-Stops in Chichester. Andrew Richardson gave consistently sensible advice that helped secure a sale in a challenging market. Special mention also to Jo Woodrow, who identified a minor problem at the property during a viewing and sorted it out quickly and with minimal fuss. Estate agents don't always get the best press, but Andrew and his team were excellent.

I cannot fault the service we received from Jackson-Stops Chichester. On behalf of the rest of the family, I recently completed a probate sale on a house in the city. The whole attitude of the staff was professional, friendly, patient (as I had to consult the family on every decision) and immensely practical. Tim Wickins handled the sale for us and nothing was ever too much trouble - the same went to all the office staff that I dealt with. I enjoyed working with him and he kept us well informed of the progress of the sale as well as making eminently sensible suggestions from time to time. Would I use Jackson-Stops Chichester again? Absolutely!

I used Jackson Stops last year to sell my house in Teddington. When I needed to sell my parents house in Chichester I thought I would use them again although doubted it would be such an excellent experience. How wrong I was . Andrew and his team were absolutely outstanding in terms of understanding the Chichester market, advising on the best sales approach and securing the price they predicted. The support Andrew gave during a slightly frustrating process up to exchange was very much appreciated. I cannot recommend this lot highly enough.
