I had a great experience at IMO Car Wash! The process was quick, efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. I went through the automatic wash, and my car came out sparkling clean?both the bodywork and the wheels looked like new. The value for money was excellent, especially with the different washes available.

I used to wash my transit van here for past 5 years. Today when i been there the new staff told that i cant come in because the van doesn?t fit. I don?t know how does it fit there for past 5 years.

Operator's hand-wash is poor every single time!!. Sometimes he does not even do it. Quality is poor. IMO in Bognor Regis is much better and wash there is of higher quality.

I was there today I notice there were new management they were very friendly, very communicative,did my car inside/out.They were too busy but the guy clean my car very fast and did an amazing job,my car come out like brand-new very shiny.
