Nicely laid out store. There is an upstairs too. Has clothes for women, men and children. The kids clothes are a must! Not too expensive either.

Had an item that the security tag was still on as they didn't take it off ( other shop ) and took it to have the tag taken off went in and very rude worker then took the item away from my mum (has a broken leg which is noticable she is in crutches) and speed off . Didn't even ask for the receipt took the tag of and walked away. We could have stolen the item

Never really give reviews but I went into Chichester branch Thursday night just before they were closing and Mellisa was just amazing and so sweet. She went above and beyond to help me find a specific turtleneck. She went to so many different places to try to find it and then brought it to me in the changing room once she found it. Then had a nice chat at the till. She was lovely and it was great customer service and she deserves recognition x
