The indian lady staff is very rude to us. She didn't return our passport and bank statement nicely and kept complaining as we arrived 30 minutes before the bank closed.

Had to go there as I was locked out of my online account. Incredibly rude and unhelpful member of staff wandering around. Treated me as I was a nuisance as I was struggling to retrieve my account details. I will probably change banks after this experience.
