Apologies I didn?t get ask the young gentlemen?s name but, he sure has done a smashing job at repairing my bike honestly feels so much better smoother safe enjoyable to ride, clearly knows this stuff a v knowledgeable guy! Can tell he has some experience and is confident at what he?s doing, very pleased he noticed the fault as it could have ended in a nasty accident - easy to talk to understanding laid back kinda guy, repaired the faults within less than a week so was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised to have my bike back fully repaired in less than a week super fast process. Couldn?t be happier great customer service v professional many thanks! Highly recommend this store skilful helpful polite staff members

Absolutely excellent. Had my headlights fitted and topped up the oil which was in desperate need. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who completed the job efficiently and with minimum fuss. Had the auto check too giving me the peace of mind that everything was roadworthy and I was on my way in no time at all. A member of the Halfords premium motoring service so it was inexpensive too. I would totally recommend.

Fantastic and friendly customer service from Joss at the Halfords Chichester branch. Nice to get service with a smile! Joss carried my bike downstairs for me and helped me put reminders in my phone so I don?t forget my bike check and service dates.

Very disappointed with the experience. I had a positive initial conversation with a helpful sales assistant, who arranged a dashcam fitting and specifically asked if I could attend on a Sunday ? which I agreed to after rearranging my plans.
However, when I arrived, I was told the fitting couldn?t be done, as the person who does the fittings was busy upstairs (the shop was empty, and I had booked in this fitting). The manager on duty, Frazer, informed me that they don?t carry out installations on Sundays, despite this being the time I was booked for. When I tried to clarify the situation, Frazer appeared disinterested and was keen to get back to scrolling on his phone in the middle of the shop floor. No alternative was offered, and the shop was empty.
While the front-line staff were professional and courteous, the handling of this booking and the manager (Frazer?s) attitude left me flabbergasted and unlikely to return.

Needed a battery replacement urgently and your team were brilliant even though the store was closing imminently.
Jake was knowledgeable, courteous and advised me about premium membership and fitted the battery neatly and efficiently.
Jake deserves praise for his service and thoroughly good work. I?d recommend your Chichester store well above my local store in Scunthorpe.
