I Got a silver chain bracelet in this shop for my birthday and where I am a carpenter working on site I managed to break it by accident but luckily I got insurance cover, I took it back into shop where Erin and the team was amazing and helpful and provided an efficient service and got it back to brand new... very professional, brilliant service, highly recommend ?

I visited this branch where a lovely & polite young lady called Erin helped me pick out a really nice watch after much deliberation between a couple of different models the lady and the other team helped me lots and I left the shop with the most incredible watch I am best pleased with the quality and brilliant service from all the team. 10/10 couldn?t fault the service, will be going back.?

I went to hsamuel chichester to get my children's ears pierced. The service was very good from all members of staff and the lady who pierced my children's ears was friendly, patient and informative. The piercing was quick and my children were fine afterwards, I recommend the ear piercing service.

My 10 year old twins had their ears pierced. Lucy was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable, obviously experienced and gentle. A wide selection of earrings for a good price. A great experience for both girls, they love their new earrings.

Went to store today while on holiday in Chichester and was super impressed with the service I received. I have an old ring which my Grandma left me and wanted to see if they could repair it. The ring is missing stones and needs to be made smaller. The ye are knowledgeable and understood how sentimental this is. I left the ring with them and when it?s repaired they will send it to my local store. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR ADVISE! Xx
