The BEST aesthetic clinic I have ever been to. Ash is very patient, gentle and extremely professional . She spent a long time during the free consultation discussing the different treatment options. Unlike some other clinics, Ash is honest and will not perform treatments that are n?t suitable for me to make profit. I will always recommend her to everyone.

After having insecurities for years about my excessive perspiration, I finally decided to do something about it, and thankfully a family friend Recommended Flawless features to me as they had had a great experience there.I decided to go ahead and get Botox here to help stop the sweating, and it is honestly the best thing I ever did!! Ash is incredible at what she does and has the most gentle and reassuring approach whilst treating you!Being someone who has never done anything like this before, I was very nervous, but as soon as I arrived I had the warmest welcome to the clinic and knew I was in the best hands!The Botox worked like a charm, I can now wear whatever I want without worrying about the sweat marks!Since then I decided to go back and have lip fillers at Flawless Features, and once again, I was blown away by my results!I would recommend Flawless Features to anyone!

Walking into Flawless features I was instantly impressed with the professional and clean treatment room. Ash is absolutely lovely, professional and very informative on the potential risks and side effects of the procedure (Botox) and at no point did she try to sell the product so I would have felt completely comfortable leaving if I had decided against the procedure during the consultation. The procedure itself was over within about 5 minutes and the results have been fantastic. I noticed a difference the very next day and within 5 days the full result was achieved. Ash has been on hand to answer any follow up questions and She offers a top up 2 weeks later if needed at no extra cost which is brilliant after care. If like me you want to banish those annoying ageing wrinkles, Ash is definitely the lady to go to.
