absolutely useless called for customer car was broken down on the way tu Europe (car need be fixed) need different size of derive belt because was emergency supplied water pump from vehicle with different spec Mr. SAM!!!!!!from Chichester branch suggested me to fit good part instead find one belt on the system saying to much work need tap one by one incompetent person!!!!! WE FIX CARS NOT JUST CHANGE PARTS mr. Sam and you don't have no idea how to do your job even to find parts with keyboard!!!!?

Brought a faulty battery 18 months ago, paid for it to be fitted by a mechanic. Today was told euro car would replace the battery but I would have to pay a mechanic to remove faulty battery and replace with new battery. If I could not get it done on the stop I could buy a new battery and then return the faulty battery at a later date for a refund. Still leaving me out of pocket having it removed and fitted. It's not straight forward as battery is closed in. No area manager available to speak to. Staff were rude and when I asked if CCTV recorded sound was smirked and and told they were fake, just for show. Euro car, an absolute joke. In the end I paid a guy that had just finished his shift at Halfords (opposite) but was happy to help me out. Will NEVER step foot in EURO CAR again, Micky Mouse service.
