Great experience helped along by knowledgeable staff, with a lot of patience .

We visited EE Chichester several times before making a decision which phone to upgrade to. Yasin was super helpful both times, it was great chatting to him and we will definitely come back next time we need to upgrade. Although most people might choose to ring up EE to upgrade, I really recommend visiting this store for their great customer service.

I want to express my disappointment with the service provided by EE. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently subpar, and despite raising multiple complaints, I have found the resolution process to be inadequate. The issues I?ve encountered are always related to service not working at all or having no data anywhere and lack of assistance when you call the help line and it is disheartening that these concerns have not been effectively addressed. The lack of improvement and the recurrent nature of these problems have significantly impacted my overall satisfaction as a customer.Equally disappointing has been the customer service experience. The responses to my complaints have been slow, and the communication has been less than helpful. It is essential for a service provider to prioritise effective customer support, and in this regard, EE has fallen short of my expectations.Very very disappointed after 2 years of contract.I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Sadly, this store sold my parents the incorrect contract during an upgrade and charging them £30 extra per month. Be very careful in discussions with the sales reps, or best go else where. Low ethics

Waited 40 mins for some help as an existing customer but was too busy worrying about new customers.

Waited for over an hour to be seen after being told 30 mins and left incredibly disheartened after being told our problems couldn?t be solved for 3 months and being offered no alternative solution. Went home and called EE customer service and we very well cared for and got everything sorted and were treated much nicer than in store.

The staff were friendly enough. Not too long of a wait to get help. Although the worker misspelt my name on the bill - Jimmy instead of Jamie ?. Not his fault though, I was talking rather fast and even my partner who went with me had a hard time figuring out what I was saying

After visiting the ee store for an hour, I left with no problem solved. At that time, the employee who was handling me used to go to another computer and served me remotely. He advised as well as asked for advice from other employees. Within an hour, people came to the store, they were customers with problems, not to sign contracts.

Sorry to say this but what a poor shop, take a seat and we'll get to you in about 20 mins, 30 mins later a customer that arrived after me gets served, in my opinion given priority over me because they were having a new phone as part of their Contract whereas they knew I was only renewing my contract. A further 10 minutes later I asked for a PAYG sim and was served by the greeter who was a waste of space. I went back to my caravan and renewed my contract on the phone. EE GREAT THIS SHOP RUBBISH

Be wary of upgrading here... I upgraded a couple of months ago instore, stipulating I wanted to keep my phone bill to the same total. This was promised several times. The first new bill was £25 extra but I thought that might be transfer costs. The second bill was £30 more - be wary of their promises!

Staff Training needs to be addressed - I've seen many businesses fail with these sorts of 'skill'
