Very poor experience in the shop yesterday. You wouldn?t think we were trying to buy a new phone. The guy we spoke to (didn?t have a name badge on, but was wearing a black skull cap) could barely be bothered. Very uncommunicative, slow, was constantly staring at his screen. He couldn?t add two numbers together and when we were a little confused about his total, he rolled his eyes and proceeded to explain what a sim was as if we were stupid. Just rude, we will buy it elsewhere.

What a great bunch of very professional guys. I walked into the EE shop in Chichester not knowing how to solve my problem . Within minutes I walked out ,problem solved Thank you chaps they don?t pay you enough .

Excellent customer service today from Simon at EE Chichester. Fixed an issue transferring data from my old to new phone kindly, professionally and without humiliating me. No money in it for EE on this occasion but great to see investment in keeping the customer for 'life' by managing the smaller issues helpfully and without any fuss.

The staff were friendly enough. Not too long of a wait to get help. Although the worker misspelt my name on the bill - Jimmy instead of Jamie ?. Not his fault though, I was talking rather fast and even my partner who went with me had a hard time figuring out what I was saying

We visited EE Chichester several times before making a decision which phone to upgrade to. Yasin was super helpful both times, it was great chatting to him and we will definitely come back next time we need to upgrade. Although most people might choose to ring up EE to upgrade, I really recommend visiting this store for their great customer service.
