Ordered 4 takeaway pizza's yesterday. I felt sick shortly after eating and had very bad tummy pains. Which led to vomiting and diarrhoea all night long. When I got up in the monring the 3 other people that ate those pizzas equally have had a bad stomach. Won't be ordering again. £52 for FOOD POISENING!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Domino's Pizza in Chichester. I ordered a takeaway pizza and opted for collection, and I was thoroughly impressed by the clear, fast, and friendly service I received.
From the moment I placed my order online, everything was straightforward and efficient. The pizza was ready right on time, and the staff at the store were welcoming and attentive, ensuring my order was correct and piping hot.
The pizza itself was delicious, with fresh toppings and a perfectly baked crust. Domino's in Chichester clearly takes pride in their product and customer service, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable.

Ordered food for my family 02/03/24 collected the food and took it home at this point realised that they had given us incorrect items. We called them to make them aware and at which point was told I would be refunded. Needless to say its been 6 weeks now and multiple phone calls to the store and I am still awaiting the refund. The manager never bothers to call when promised. I have never know it to be so difficult to receive a refund from a company. The level of customer service is shocking.
