I purchased a washing machine from Curry's in Chichester plus paid extra for delivery and installation service.
Three Curry's delivery guys showed up and within minutes broke the plastic pipes under kitchen sink and said they could not now install.
They immediately departed leaving the new machine in middle of kitchen, old one in original position.
They told me I needed to engage professionals to install machine.
This I did the next day.
One month later I am still attempting to be reimbursed by these unscrupulous people for the damage that they caused in my house. I visited the store on a couple of occasions and been assured all would be well. Actually....NOT.

I recently purchased an LG 65-inch TV from Currys in Chichester, and the entire experience has been extremely frustrating. We visited the store on Saturday and placed an order with the promise of next-day delivery if we paid a premium. Despite receiving confirmation for Sunday delivery, the TV never arrived, and we were later told it would be delayed until Thursday.
To make matters worse, customer care was unhelpful and rude, and I had to travel back to the store, wasting significant time. Adding to the inconvenience, my wife, with our newborn, now has to return to the store to get a refund for the delivery charge.
I strongly advise caution to anyone considering a purchase from Currys. Ensure you have clear communication and manage expectations, as the service we received was far from satisfactory.
I give my experience with curry Chichester a single star cuz zero wants an option.

Bought an Apple EarPod online, decided to do the click and collect because it would be faster even though there was free delivery.
Upon arrival, I went to the ?click and collect? counter. Though there were 3 staff on duty, none of them came to me. 2 were at the repair side, a shorter guy was at my side. However, not once did he ask if he could help. He served another customer that came to buy a vacuum.
So, I thought if no one is bothered about me, it?s time to ask.
I asked the shorter guy, weird coloured hair if there were anyone at this counter.
I was instead curtly told to go ? look for guys in hi-vis? to help.
So,my question here is a) why is there a click and counter ? section with no one manning it.
The excuse I got was really ludicrous, I am supposed to go hunt for guys in ?hi-vis?.
Surely, this click and collect is supposed to convenience customers.
They claim all staff was deployed onto shop floor, I do not see a busy shop. Secondly, the staff roster for this post for the day should be more aware of customers turning up for collection.
This system has deflated all beliefs that it is working.
The worse was not the lack of staff but the lack of customer service.
There were no sorry nor ?we will get someone to help you?. Instead, I was supposed to look for a staff.
I am writing this and I expect to get an acknowledgment from the management for this appalling service.
So.. click and collect brings more hassle than convenience.
By the way, I found out the rude staff who asked me to go hunting, his name is James.

Very disappointed with the terrible unhelpful service. Had my iPad brought in for repair twice and it?s still not fixed and all they said they can do is send it back again. It?s been over a month now and it?s still not fixed. They clearly don?t know what they are doing and they don?t care. I don?t recommend any on to shop here at all. If I could go back in time and not buy my iPad from here I WOULD! Awful

Unclear instructions on collecting laptop. Even with my wife's ID I couldn't pick it up for her apparently saying so in the email that we can't find.
Rude lady served me with no help.
Just buy online. Don't go in here

Great service today from George. Could not have been more helpful with our purchase of an lg t.v, sound bar, bracket and accessories. Went above and beyond to find us the best deal possible. Explained everything so clearly to us. Then helped us to the car with our purchase. Well done !!

I went in store today to ask about the mobile broadband, the guy who served me didn?t have any interest in what I wanted and just took it to the till and charged me and said if I couldn?t get on with it I could return it, even if the box was open which I was fine with, I started waking to the door and asked a lady about the sim card inside she said it?s nothing to do with them and I need to be a EE customer to use this product I said okay, she said I can?t return the item, even tho I have not left the store yet, a manager came over and spoke to me and I explained I have been told two different things now what is the correct answer, she walked over to the second person and said I had lied about what o asked her, I asked for a refund, the sarcasm I got from the member of staff was disgusting and disrespectful, if I could give no stars I would but 1 star is the lowest, rubbish service and I would never come back again!
