Popped in today; was warmly welcomed by Brooke and invited to try a sample of the lamb tagine, which my partner loved and we bought some of along with some other goodies (including the strawberry lemonade ice lollies, which are lush). Really brilliant customer service!

Every time I go the shop assistants are so helpful. Today a shop assistant called Brooke helped me, she listened to my (long!) list of requirements and the back story and my budget and suggested the perfect meals for me. She made sure I was happy and was under no pressure to buy anything, she was very genuinely helpful and kind and not trying to upsell. Great shop!

I didn't actually buy anything. I fell over outside the shop and the ladies who run the shop was lovely they, brought me into the shop so I could sit down and rest from the shock. They made sure I was okay before leaving and even offered to call the ambulance and to call my emergency contact. Lovely ladies and forever grateful
