There is one great thing about this store and that is Eddie who works here on a Sunday. He is a credit to the store, he works so hard every week not only managing the store but running a very busy Pokemon club all by himself. All the kids who attend love him and he has made the event the success that it is. We visit a lot of gaming stores across the area and we come back week after week due to Eddie's brilliant nature.
He is great with customers and goes out of his way to help.

Eddie is an amazing asset to the Chichester store, he's so kind, welcoming and helpful. He's makes Pokémon club great and enjoyable for all. The customer service he provides is what makes us return again and again. ?

We are extremely disappointed with the customer service of the guy who works in the chichester store at weekends, we are keen to support a local store, but the way this guy speaks to people is not acceptable! And it actually deters us from shopping here. We play lots of different games and spend alot of money on warhammer, pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, magic and loads more, seems like this store will be loosing alot of business in the near future due to one mans attitude. Such a shame.

I like the place. I come here for board games. I like to see things I've not heard of and as a casual board gamer this fits.
You can get some of the games cheaper online. Let's get that out the way first. Fine. But honestly, if i really want something and i can have it now, i dont mind paying a bit more. Support your highstreet and all that.
The people behind the counter are friendly and do their best to be helpful. I can't fault them, though sometimes i dont feel we're on the same page.
Sometimes, the clientèle can get a bit close... not exactly the shops fault, but perhaps given that tendancy, they could increase the floor space.

Well my husband ordered 2 comics from here and decided to purchase two more, he was then told that you could only purchase two PP (not that this is on the website) and was told they would refund the second order.
With that he then asked if one of our daughters or myself would order two for him therefore sticking to the rules set out. However we were all a little quick and all ordered at basically the same time!
Immediately an email was received from the owner who was super rude stating he was not going to fill the order and would no longer deals with my husband. Not really a good way To handled a customer.
At no point was my husband rude back he simply asked for the refunds on all orders and stated and simple yes or no would suffice.
The funny part is we actually was within the rules that was set out, all be it we all ordered accidentally too many. He also is so clever that he thinks one person would make up 3 other names all with the same surname to outsmart him lol if he was trying to deceive you then he would clearly make up different names!
Either way it?s totally your loss, my husbands spends a lot of money monthly on his PERSONAL comic collection. Good day sir.

What a shame. This used to be a great shop. Customer service has since taken a huge dive!
I went in to get a funk pop deluxe as a gift. But I was overcharged by over a 3rd what the average price is online. Not only that it was covered in dust. I haven't a clue how they worked the price out as they would of known the overcharge, had an online check been done. I have a feeling they thought I could be taken for a ride as I didn't fit in. To rub salt in the wound I didn't even get a thank you.
Anyways I didn't question the price, as I knew it was likely to be slightly more when shopping on the highstreet. As I like to support the local shops.
Top tip when shopping at this shop or any shop with no prices on the merchandise, I highly advise checking the prices online before deciding to purchase any items.
I doubt they read the reviews, but I hope they do and improve this place. So I can remove this review and replace it with a positive one.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. The comics are (mostly) not bagged and boarded, and as people flick through the (very tightly) packed boxes, the comics pick up little flaws.. not a problem for people just looking to read comics but many collectors are looking for NM condition. Anyway, I'm really grateful there's a shop that sells comics at all. Few and far between these days.

It was very nice there they have a lot of cool comic books but it's not really a place for where you start. The staff were quite kind but then I asked them for help with finding something and he got a bit annoyed. He then started talking a lot and all I wanted was just a comic. Overall it is a nice place there are also cool games there.
