“Apologies I didn’t get ask the young gentlemen’s name but, he sure has done a smashing job at repairing my bike honestly feels so much better smoother safe enjoyable to ride, clearly knows this stuff a v knowledgeable guy! Can tell he has some experience and is confident at what he’s doing, very pleased he noticed the fault as it could have ended in a nasty accident - easy to talk to understanding laid back kinda guy, repaired the faults within less than a week so was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised to have my bike back fully repaired in less than a week super fast process. Couldn’t be happier great customer service v professional many thanks! Highly recommend this store skilful helpful polite staff members”

“Jojo Maman Bébé is one of my favourite baby shops in Brighton, so I couldn't resist popping in to the recently opened branch in Chichester on my shopping trip today. Although slightly smaller than the Brighton branch, the store certainly didn't disappoint with it's great selection of baby clothes, toys and accessories. I'm pretty sure that it's impossible to walk out of here without making a purchase. Today I came away with a lovely stripy blanket in bright primary colours (such a refreshing change from the usual pastels) and a sensory toy...and the baby hasn't even been born yet!! As well as things for the baby, they have a good selection of maternity clothes and underwear, and all sorts of gadgets designed to make parent's life easier! It's a little more expensive than it's competing highstreet baby shops, but the quality of the products is far superior so it's definitely worth splashing out on a few special items. What also makes this particular store stand out is the staff. Always on hand to offer help and advise with a smile and friendly chit chat - this can turn an average shopping experience into a great one - love.”

“Just bought two suits here today and absolutely blown away with the experience Stephen and Guy were knowledgeable helpful and most importantly patient. They let me try on every suit in the shop including ties shirts and shoes. Most importantly they weren't pushy and offer alterations within 24 hours. Would seriously recommend. Definitely coming back.”

“Never really give reviews but I went into Chichester branch Thursday night just before they were closing and Mellisa was just amazing and so sweet. She went above and beyond to help me find a specific turtleneck. She went to so many different places to try to find it and then brought it to me in the changing room once she found it. Then had a nice chat at the till. She was lovely and it was great customer service and she deserves recognition x”

“Mountain Warehouse in North Street Chichester is always a good place to shop. There are always good items of clothing and and all that one could possibly need for any outdoor activities. The items that they stock are not top of the range, but they function well enough, and for those who want kit that is higher functioning and with a certain name or logo for the prestige effect, then they should shop elsewhere. Overall though, a good shop, and the staff are quite helpful. The interior of the store is on two floors and i don't know if they have a passenger lift. I still have shorts and tops from mountain warehouse, they are still in good shape, they wear well. What more could I ask for.”

“Had a problem with a jacket delivery to my local chichester store,the manageress, got in touch with the customer service manager, and as i was leaving in 2.5hrs to attend a wedding in Ireland,the customer service manager actually drove to my home(a good few miles)and delivered it personally. ”

“Just down the road from Disking, which gives me something to do while my wife is browsing..ha-ha! I catch her up here, but difficult as there are so many clothes, nik-naks and jewellery etc that I need a sat-nav to locate her. Some lovely clothes, colours, styles and designs in here. Very helpful staff, especially in locating absent wives! They also provide a 'FOG' facility.”
