Like many parents I took the kids to Clarks to get new school shoes before the start of term. There was only two members of staff working and when we finally did get the kids feet fitted after about 40 minutes of waiting, the lady was rude, cut me off whenever I tried to speak and certainly was not a customer first approach. Quite disappointing for what should have been a fun/exciting thing to do with the kids. Won?t be back.

Oh dear
Measuring my grandsons feet the girl said he was either a 7 or 71/2.
I explained he was already in a 71/2 and he needed a bigger size.
So she found an 8 in the shoe we chose.Unfortunately she could only find one shoe and said she didn?t know where the other one was. We left .

Angel was a totaly star today. I was in with two children - 1st was relatively straightforward, but the second has large, narrow feet. She could see both my daughter and I were starting to get quite flustered and was just amazing. She had been brilliant, but took it to a new level and really helped calm the situation. Thank you. Clarks Chichester are very lucky to have you!

Good quality shoes that last and a decent range in a good location
However, staff were slow despite the store not being busy, preferring to chat than to help.

Except his one has friendly and helpful shop assistants. Unlike the likes of Winchester!

Great service. My daughter fell in love with 1 of lady's fitting her new wellies. Wasn't dragged out to make us spend more which I've found with other places so that was a big plus. Very good with toddlers/kids here, definitely recommend

Rabesha (I believe her name was) was very helpful and patient and although they didn't have the size I was after in stock in store, she checked the stock levels of all the others just incase I decided to go for another option.

Unfortunately, they did not have the correct shoe size, so they were trying to fit the kids with a size up shoes and put an insoles in to have them fit!!!The whole idea of Clarks was to have the kids' feet measured and have the correct size shoes fitted.

had a great experience here. the sales assistant Molly (i think that was what she said her name was) spent so much time making sure my shoes fit perfectly. i never felt rushed or like i was taking up too much time. thank you molly for making it such a fab experience!!!
