My daughter attended another child's birthday party here.my daughter was shy and unsure about having makeup etc done.the staff were so patient supportive and adaptive to what she felt comfortable with.She felt like a princess.fantastic staff.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews on here as I've also had to turn to this branch when previous Claire's have refused the basic aftercare a business should offer. Even took my daughter to get her first piercing in Chichester when it's a little out of our way because I was more confident in the staff there. Name dropping Leliana and Rael, both were brilliant when double piercing my 7 year old, will be bringing my 4 year old in the summer holidays <3

TRIED TO GET BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BOGNOR STORE AND WAS TREATED DISGRACEFULLY!!!!! we had faulty products but they already had our money so they didn't care!!!!! we had to call claires in chichester for advice and was told if i go into the original store with proof of purchase they would exchange or refund it but i had already done this and they were not interested!!! the lady at chichester said i can come into their store to replace the products which i did but they didnt have the same items sadly but they did help me to find other stuff which worked and they were so much nicer!!! i have 2 girls who love claires but i will never be stepping foot in the bognor one again after this we will take the extra drive time and stick to chichester only!!

Took my little girl into claires to get her ears pierced, very apprehensive.The ladies were amazing kept her calm throughout. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

All I can say is what a lovely store with great staff. The new manager has made it a very welcoming experience. I will definitely be coming back to get me some earrings.

Took my youngest for ear piercing, can honestly say out of all the experiences of first time piercings I've done (I've got 3 girls) this one was the most amazing. The manager was an absolute gem explaining everything so there were no surprises, interacted with my daughter and not just me which I feel made a big difference to my daughters nerves and despite a few tears was very patient and understanding, she genuinely seemed to care. I recommend this shop 100 times over!

Disgusting customer service yesterday. Won't be stepping foot in the place again, I have been brought up in retail, that is not how you treat people. No wonder the shop is generally empty. Good staff are everything!
