I got my ears pierced yesterday they were very nice made me feel comfortable there and I fogot how I was ment to clean them so I called them and they were very helpful on the phone

My daughter attended another child's birthday party here.my daughter was shy and unsure about having makeup etc done.the staff were so patient supportive and adaptive to what she felt comfortable with.She felt like a princess.fantastic staff.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews on here as I've also had to turn to this branch when previous Claire's have refused the basic aftercare a business should offer. Even took my daughter to get her first piercing in Chichester when it's a little out of our way because I was more confident in the staff there....
