Enjoyed going to see Dune 2 here. Easy to get to and entered without fuss. Seats were a bit uncomfortable as they easily rock back and forth and they are quite close together but the cinema wasn't crowded so it was OK. Would go the IMAX next time and see if that makes a difference....

Dated and tired are probably the best words to describe the place, however the experience was ruined by a family sat behind us who talked and kicked the chairs throughout.Asked them to stop, made no difference.Seats also about as comfortable as sitting on the floot

Cineworld at Chichester Gate has 10 screens of various capacity and an IMAX. It shares the site with a bowling alley and limited choice of restaurants. Beware the car park limitations as you can only park for 4 hours between 5am and 6pm everyday. The cinema has a keypad to enter a registration number to add 2 hours so it is possible to extend your stay if you want to see a film and then get a meal (or vice versa).

Good cinema, but their website isn't that good. Charged me twice for tickets and had to get a refund. Their app also said I didn't have any tickets even though I got the email saying I had.

Very nice cinema, really clean & well maintained. It was ice to sit & enjoy a film without feeling freezing as alot of cinemas set the air con too cold which makes me laugh as we live in England where it isn't needed! The seating was spacious and so we're the rows so not squashed at all. There is plenty of free car parking available too which is a bonus! The screen was amazing and the sound clear. I've never had a favourite cinema but this one I will say is my favourite! Food/drinks are available as always of course for those who want something. We had eaten dinner beforehand because I have a stomach problem so can't eat alot of fast food and snacks so it wasn't I didn't want to, I just can't!

Enjoyed the Queen concert Imax event last night.Women's toilets needed attention, staff were busy serving with a long queue or I would have advised them, otherwise it was a pleasant visit with friendly staff

just terrible, they made an error with a booking when we were taking our child with Autism, took no responsibility, didnt help at all. simply gave a card and told me to phone customer service. I sort it out and get into the film 15 minutes late, to find its almost empty anyway.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is overpriced, but cinema's always are!The staff are also good at their jobs of keeping underage kids out of screenings too! We had some rowdy kids behind us in the queue for food bragging to eachother that they were under 15 but going to see a 15 film and luckily they got knocked back from seeing the film!!Staff are always helpful with where to go etc and the seats are comfy enough. Could do with updating and catching up to showcase's comfy recliners but hey ho. It's the nearest cinema to us so shouldn't really complain!
