I recently took a perfectly working dash cam to CEX for evaluation. After a few hours, I received a call stating that the dash cam had a broken SD card stuck inside. However, I had handed the device over without an SD card. It's clear that the issue arose during their testing process, but instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me. I'm disappointed with this experience and will be contacting customer service to resolve this matter further. My order number for reference is TZ476886.

Fantastic service by the young man that helped me. I have had only positive experiences in this store, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they don't try and sell you the most expensive phone but the one that suits your needs. They retain staff so you can go back and speak to the same person. I used to buy new phones direct but since dealing with CEX Chichester over the last couple of years I find they are by far the best option. We had an issue with a phone purchased online and this was immediately replaced under the warranty, the prices are also good. This is not just a company to get young people their latest phone, they help older people too! What customer service should be.

Good place to get used tech from dvds to pcs. Prices are reasonable if you know how to shop and what you are looking for.
You can sell unused tech too... but check the website before you do so as to get an idea of what you "may" receive...

Brought a few cheap phones from this store over the past few years and today's and yesterday's service was absolutely amazing, finished work and got there about 5:35 on the first day and the gentleman who served me was so polite and helpful and wasn't rushed at all which at that time of day I probably would of been. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to return the phone and purchase another one. I was served by the manager who was absolutely brilliant, even tho it was a very low end phone he went through everything and looked up anything he didn't know, he resolved the issue I had with the original purchase and I left the shop 10 minutes after the shop had closed with a smile from the young lady on my way out even though I'd made them late. Brilliant service highly recommend

Prices can sometimes be quite steep, considering it's mostly 2nd hand but there is always the game you are after and staff are friendly
