I fully recommend Tapi Carpets in Chchester. From Zach in the office, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the products to Lloyd from the bognor office who came to measure up, and Joe and Colin, the fitters, everyone was quick, efficient and very polite. A pleasure!

Refreshing customer service! Echo at the Chichester branch was so lovely, helped us choose the right carpet and underlay within our budget. We have recently had Tapi @Chi complete two separate flooring jobs for us, for our period property at Nutbourne - recarpeting of 5 bedrooms and a staircase, and then a laminate re-flooring of a particularly tricky (irregular floorplan with zero right-angles) large utility room. Echo & Mike were the sellers respectively, Tom our estimator for both jobs, with Colin & Joe fitting our laminate (didn't get the carpet fitters' names, unfortunately.)
Both jobs were completed REALLY well, for what we considered was a very competitive/fair price, and we're so very pleased with the end results.
Delighted to recommend Tapi @Chi to anyone looking for either carpets or laminate options in the local area.

Tapi carpets just did a great job for me.
Zach at the store was knowledgeable and we bought carpet and underlay at a very reasonable price.
Anthony the fitter (contractor) did a great job too and I would definitely recommend.
I will be using them again when I get around to decorating my other rooms.

Worst customer service! Issues with the floor prep and installation of flooring which was carried out by two different fitters. Customer services said they would address it then randomly stopped replying without explanation. After weeks of trying to contact they have decided it's a fitters problem so decided to no longer contact us. Now have a warped uneven floor and no sign of it being fixed.
Will never use carpetright again!

Great service at Chichester store today. I was served by two young gentlemen who were training and unfortunately found themselves holding the fort with no seniors today. Zach and Echlon were friendly, helpful and supportive to each other as they took my order.
