Extremely poor customer service from their staff on Saturday 19th April 2025. My wife ordered food and drinks for both of us, yet only one drink was made as the staff member didn't enter one of the drinks into the till. My wife was told she'd have to rejoin the long queue if she wished to reorder the missed drink. Unacceptable.

Need to brush up on cleanliness and hygiene. The guy serving this morning came straight to serve me from mopping the kitchen floor and emptying rubbish without washing his hands. I was going to order food but changed my mind and just had coffee. Also very noisy environment with the barrister slamming the coffee against the machine after each coffee which was soooo loud and annoying. Also filthy underneath the food fridge which was clearly visible.

Ridiculously expensive place. Went in here after a parkrun - £11.90 for two cokes and one mediocre packet egg sandwich. I queried why it was so much when I went to pay - £3.50 for an individual bottle of coke and £4.90 for a really basic, plastic wrapped, pre made egg sandwich. Rip off!

Love this place especially for breakfast !!beautiful views and in the spring &summer a lovely place to be staff are all lovely and service great !!

Pre theatre light lunch. Very disappointing, boxed sandwiches which were almost inedible, poor quality flapjacks and very expensive.

The staff were so lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious; I loved it. They complied with all the Covid measures perfectly, and overall it was just a great experience :)

There will always be haters who feel it?s their place to belittle those who are trying to not only help their staff by supplying jobs but also who are helping the community by creating a safe place to eat out in a relaxed environment.Personally, I believe they were amazing. The pizzas were topped just right and the had a perfect ratio of toppings to cheese. The bottoms were crisp and delicious. And the sauces were full of flavour.They had great social distancing and even had toilet facilities.It was a delightful experience and I would definitely go back.

What a fantastic experience in a stunning location. A huge thank you to the Caper and Berry team for providing a wonderful evening in these very difficult times. The pizzas were fantastic and our children are keen to head back again. I would highly recommend.
