Extremely poor customer service from their staff on Saturday 19th April 2025. My wife ordered food and drinks for both of us, yet only one drink was made as the staff member didn't enter one of the drinks into the till. My wife was told she'd have to rejoin the long queue if she wished to reorder the missed drink. Unacceptable.

Need to brush up on cleanliness and hygiene. The guy serving this morning came straight to serve me from mopping the kitchen floor and emptying rubbish without washing his hands. I was going to order food but changed my mind and just had coffee. Also very noisy environment with the barrister slamming the coffee against...

From Cafe on the Park
The Café on the Park is open with lots of outdoor seating overlooking Oaklands Park and fab family friendly areas in the spacious foyer. A great spot for barista coffee, freshly made sandwiches, delicious cakes, pizzas, soup, toasties and a range of drinks - come and visit!
It's an ideal place to meet with friends, relax after a refreshing walk or change up your working space with free Wi-Fi and plenty of places to plug in.
