I had a great experience with Bluefish Computer Services. Steve was incredibly helpful in tracking down some mislaid files that had gone missing during the setup of my new laptop. He was patient throughout the process and, in the end, I walked away not only with my files restored but also with a better understanding of the file structure. Highly recommend!

Steve was amazing! I had a broken external hard drive with many cherished photos of my kids when they were little on it, that I thought I would never see again but Steve managed to retrieve everything! I also had a few old mini dv tapes that were at least 20 years old and he even transferred those onto the same usb! Thank you so much :)

I cannot thank Steve enough for repairing my desktop computer - (especially as another company said it couldn't be fixed!) I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a very reliable and honest and quick computer technician! Will definitely use him again if needed.

Gratitude. A big o'le pot o' gratitude is what I feel for finding Steve. I'd just arrived to the UK and upon opening my MacBook Pro was greeted with a Prohibitory Symbol (a circle with a line through it) on startup. No access. No idea why. haa. After attempting to fix it myself by running first aid in disk utility and reinstalling my OS, then on a chat with Apple doing the same things again, it was determined a physical evaluation was needed. Steve diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and had it back to me in 24 hours. Apparently the HDD cable had gone bad therefore interrupting connection to the motherboard. He also double-checked the clips holding my ram cartridges, and made sure the track pad was working correctly. I cannot recommend this gentleman enough. Great communicator, quality work, a kind human, and as a bonus has a pup named Stanley so lovely I was just as excited to return to see him as I was to pick up my computer :) Thanks again, Steve. I recommended you to my sis and she has recommended you to the students at West Dean!Be well and take good, good care.

In my opinion Steve is a genius! My PC kept crashing so I contacted a local company with high credentials. It's like having a new computer but at a fraction of the cost. I cannot recommend these services highly enough. Dr Martyn Thomas

Took painfully slow laptop and transformed it. Now super fast and transferred all my data to new Microsoft versions. Very reasonable price agreed upfront.Had small issue subsequently (unrelated), which Steve kindly fixed remotely for no charge.Proper old fashioned service.Perfect

Really pleased with the Job Steve did for us. I thought we had lost our whole Hard Drive of family and holiday photos (including a precious video of my new-born son a few seconds old) however Steve was able to retrieve them all for us from our non functioning MAC. Eternally grateful for his work.

My printer wouldn't print despite all the wifi links being ok. For weeks I tried to solve the problem. I also asked more techie friends to help but without success. Yesterday I phoned Steve at Bluefish to ask him to come out to fix the problem. Before coming out Steve just suggested switching off and unplugging all computers and printers and switching off and unplugging the wifi. Low and behold when I plugged back and switched everything on, the printer. Brilliant and simple help Thanks Richard
