Went in this morning to take back a pair of walking boots I had bought online and then to buy a pair of boots. The young man and young lady were very helpful, very knowledgable and very helpful.

Visited Blacks in Chichester yesterday to purchase a pair of Meindl Mens Walking Boots? not only was the lady who served me extremely knowledgeable about the products, her customer service was above & beyond expectations, unfortunately I didn?t get her name. I will definitely be visiting them again for my next purchase.

Outstanding service from Connor and Louisa today in store. Purchased a Berghaus jacket and these two were helpful in every way that they could be.
When I tried to use a gift card, it had expired, but even that was handled perfectly, so although disappointed that I couldn?t use the value, I didn?t feel cheated in anyway.
Love my new jacket and I love that I can write such a positive review too.

I have been hugely impressed with the excellent service I have received.The staff were very approachable, open and knowledgeable about the range of Fleeces and Waterproof Macks I was looking at.They talked me through how the quality of the materials used affected the prices and helped me choose the right makes for my needs and budget.They explained everything in very simple, understandable terms that I was very grateful for.I felt listened too and they answered all my questions fully to put my mind at rest.All the staff were courteous and very helpful.I enjoyed a five star service all round!
