DO NOT GO HERE! I VISITED TODAY AND NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A RUDE MANAGER! HER NAME WAS KELLY! I played a slot machine. Spent a fair bit. Then decided to take a few minute break. There was another customer who was known to the staff who asked if I was still playing and I replied I might do and she was fine with my response. Although she jumped to every machine there was no urgency to go on mine, i said im just having a few minutes. The staff member who called herself the manager ( kelly ) decided to yell over the counter at me and said if im not playing the machine, I can't sit there! I said that i have literally just stopped playing for a few minutes and will want to potentially continue playing my machine but it was made very clear unless im spending money I can't sit at a machine! I have never experienced being kicked off a machine for taking just a few minutes break, casinos never behave like this and I did mention it but all I got was argumentative behaviour from the manager and made it very clear they are a betting shop. Not a casino. So she was trying to justify her rudeness and making their own rules so they can continue to profit from someone putting money into a machine. I will never be visiting this place again! You've lost my custom! I hope people rethink befor continuing to visit here! No member of staff regardless of position should be able to treat customers like this and get away with it. She's clearly in the wrong job! And yes I have complained to customer service over the phone befor I get a automatic response stating to contact customer service. I hope this review reaches everyone!!!!
