I had a fantastic experience with Sybil Bailey at the Chichester branch. She was incredibly professional, patient, and approachable throughout. I was having trouble with my mobile banking, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and guide me through the process step by step. I entered Barclays in Chichester & a lovely, helpful lady called Yeni helped me with providing bags for my coins, weighed them & happily exchanged them for new currency ??
I was ver happy with Yeni?s help, especially after having a rude & not helpful experience at HSBC ? trying to change old coins in which they could not even receive!

Called at Chichester branch today to withdraw cash. A very very negative response from the lady on reception, she didn't think they would be able to help us today and we would have to make arrangements to collect cash.
We got on the que and met the charming young man called Robin ( I think) couldn't of been more helpful, a credit to your company. As for the lady on reception I think she needs to be a lot more positive and customer orientated.
Get her glass half full and not half empty.

Chichester branch have the benefit of having an on site mortgage adviser Diane who was a great help in navigating the system of extending my mortgage. She took so much of the stress out of what was a challenging time. Definitely a thumbs up for real people in real branches

I have no good words for barclays and I'm leaving after the cyber attack and I hope you all do the same was left in debt from the lies barclays told in Sunday as my balance sorted it's self out but today Monday that all changed and was left in debt.
