Can tell he has some experience and is confident at what he’s doing, very pleased he noticed the fault as it could have ended in a nasty accident - easy to talk to understanding laid back kinda guy, repaired the faults within less than a week so was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised to have my bike back fully repaired in less than a week super fast process.
