Booked my DB11 in for service and MOT, I like it when I?m expected and when I?m addressed by my name not Sir, more personal. My car was completed early and Shercarla kept me informed, no problems no advisories. Collecting the car was easy, welcomed by name again, car brought round for me, paperwork ready, book stamped. Overall stress free experience, keep up the good work.

I picked up my used Aston Martin Vantage on the 29th of August, as it was a used car, I wasn't expecting the complete works as I would if it was a new car, how wrong I was,
From the moment we arrived, and greeted by Ben at the door, we were made to feel very special. The car was covered in a Union Jack drape and a sign congratulating us on our purchase.
We were taken to a glass-enclosed office, again with a sign saying 'Reserved for Mr. and Mrs. McKeran,' where we went through the paperwork.
We were then taken to the car, which Ben unveiled. The car was everything we had hoped it would be, valeted to perfection.
Ben then showed us the car's controls and helped set up my phone. We were then ready to go, with a full tank of fuel !!!
Ben called me last night to make sure we got home alright, and the car was everything we hoped it would be; it definitely is.
The entire experience, from finding the car to driving it away, has been a fantastic and memorable one that we will never forget.
Thank you, Ben, for making this a fantastic memory.

arrived early after a 2hour drive, first visit to Aston Martin Chichester, Enrika welcomed us with a coffee as soon as we got there.Very friendly knowledgable staff, everything explained .Booked in for service only but the service manager came out to greet us and we asked if he could fit an apple car play (which was not booked in) He went out of his way to fit it to save us another journey- very much appreciated. Service and apple car play was completed by 1.30. We were updated all the time by Enrika-answered all our questions, car was cleaned before we took it away. Very professional experience. Special thanks to Enrika and service manager.Faultless from start to finish.Many thanks to the whole team.
