Disappointing and expensiveWill not be returning. We were told we had to pay for a two year old despite advertising indicating they were free. This was reflected in the whole visit: pay extra to stroke a Guinea pig; pay to visit a small model train exhibition or have a short train ride despite being charged £59.00 to enter! The very small farm area has a few dejected looking animals in a sea of mud.The mud also covered the public walkways were some chippings would have been welcome. It is understandable that they want to make money for the charity but this did not represent value for money. In fact it felt like making money from cash strapped families in a cost of living crisis.Sadly, cannot recommend.

Want a poorly run experience? Trust these guys. They will run events, not email you when cancelled, give poor ?complimentary? experiences of a shambles of a Santa sleigh ride to supposedly cover an exact replacement. It isn?t, at all. Other customers, also annoyed by the shambles of an experience, will then take out their frustration on you. Do not come here. Do not trust them with events. Just don?t do it.Safety: Health and safety issues galore.Noteworthy details: The staff don?t seem equipped to deal with customer service issues.

Always an amazing time for the kids.My parents live locally, so we come every time that we visit them. 10+ times per year. The spiral slide is always a hit. The animals are cute and the softplay is good for young kids.Safety: Top levelFood & drinks: Awesome sausage rolls, but they sell out quickly

Stunning, aesthetic and picturesque location. What they do here is absaloutely amazing. I strongly recommend coming as it makes for a wonderful day out and have a look at the different range of animals.Service is excellent and food from the cafe is of exceptional quality. The people who work here (those with complex learning needs or disabilties) are such gifted, talented and intelligent as well as bright minds.

What a great place to visit! So much to do for all ages. I have a fairly big age gap between my three children and struggle to find places they will all enjoy but Aldingbourne hits the nail on the head! The farm is always a big hit, where you can interact with the animals and the play areas are great which a wide variety of activities. There is even a slide in the cafe! We enjoyed it so much we became members after our first visit and come back often.Highly recommend!

I love this place. I love the ethos and the general culture here too.I have been coming here for a few years and can see all the amazing effort that?s gone into improving things, so many ?extras? and a great attention to detail to make it even better. A very happy place full of lots of lovely

A great place especially for children. Nice and helpful staff. There is a farm with animals, a playground, a maze, a soft play, the kids were especially happy with the playground with water. The cafe is clean and tidy, you can order hot and cold meals. There is a tube slide in the middle of the cafe. We will definitely come back again and again.

What a magical place!Entry fee is incredibly reasonable. Cafe offers delicious food. Attractions cater to a range of ages. Just stunning.Talked with staff who spoke passionately about the mission statement of Aldingbourne. We will absolutely be back!

Aldingbourne is a wonderful place, And there is lots to do for ages 0 to maybe 6 or 7 years of age, on non event days. The farm is brilliant, tidy, clean and well organised. Some play areas were inaccessible, so I'm guessing work was bring done.Prices for entry, the gift shop, food and drinks are relatively cheap, for a captive audience, compared to other places.

What an absolute oasis. Finally a facility genuinely designed with kids at its heart whilst successfully supporting adults too. Due to getting there quite late on, we only scratched the surface of the activities on offer but we shall def return with our grandchildren again soon.

What a terrific place, especially for children! We use a family membership, which allows either child to attend with one adult, and it's paid for itself many times over. They have really good activities for children over the summer holidays, including water and foam and bouncy castles. Lots of lovely animals to see, all very clean and well cared-for. Saw a peacock spreading its tail which was a first for me and the children!Spacious café with reasonably priced food and drinks, and some gorgeous plants too.All staff are friendly and helpful. A great day out!

My Honest review. The place is wonderful, it is charity run. The Charity supports people with learning difficulties and Autism. There is SO much to do.And open farm, an outdoor play area, an indoor soft play for under 5s, a woodland walk, a book nook, mini golf, a maze and probably a lot more than that that I have forgotten. It has a pretty decent café too. Lots of good and drink options and LOADS of seating, both indoors and outdoors. We chose to eat at the café, but there are plenty of picnic benches. The only negatives are that it may be a bit boring for solely older kids and that it can work out a bit costly if you eat in the cafe too.Overall a fabulous day. Highly recommend
