I popped into the chichester store today to get my 2nd lobe piercing and couldn't be happier. The lady was so lovely and professional. I'd highly recommend!

Went to collect an order today and mistakenly deleted my order number email and the look I got from the older blonde member of staff was as if I?d committed a crime! Got eyes rolled at me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience and then to have my parcel practically thrown at me was also not the service I expect! Didn?t even get a thank you or goodbye. As someone who?s worked in customer service for almost 10 years, I?d never treat my customers like that!

I love the bags and scarves especially. They often are beaded and sparkly which I think look so pretty. The shop is always very tidy, even though it is jam packed with items. I think for the quality you get, their products are very reasonably priced- ethical too!

love this shop by Monsoon. always go there once bought outfit as great selection of jewellery and bags and accessories. bought a hair band recently for wedding, matched outfit perfectly. lots of kids stuff too so they can look pretty. love the selection offered.
