“I made the trip to Chichester store yesterday to return some shoes I had bought online, as my daughter is having a long anxious wait for her refunds to go through. I spoke to Willow, who facilitated my PayPal refund by contacting head office, and today the money is already in my account. I wanted to thank Willow for her efficiency as I had been concerned that I may not see my money again!
