Staff attitude and behaviour is rock bottom compared to years ago . Who?s to blame? Customer aggressive behaviour, shop lifting , lack of staff training which leads to staff assuming all customers are suspicious and need to be closely watched and followed in the shop ??

Awful experience. Asked if I could post my DHL parcel. 2 staff started bickering between them selves on why the other should serve me (it got so awkward I had to look the other way) The guy behind the till then apologised saying he hadn?t the code to do it. Then the very rude girl then rolled her eyes and asked some non sensical questions to say she couldn?t do it. And to come back tomorrow at 12:30 when another member of staff could. Her customer service skills definitely questionable.

I met a lovely lad called Edmund in your store on Sunday. He went out of his way to make your customers day better. His interactions were brilliant. I made a point of telling him what a great job he is doing. Well done Edmund keep up the great work and keep up with that charm and positivity.

Very poor service and rude.I wanted an item from upstairs and asked a member of staff at the till. He said there is only 1 member of staff downstairs and when the other staff comes down from upstairs she can help me. So I waited 10 min. The staff came from upstairs and she refused to go up there again and said the upstairs is closed and I'm not going up and down.Complete joke and rude member of staff BEWARE AND USE A LOCAL RETAILER INSTEAD OR GO ONLINE.

Always awkwardly quiet with disinterested staff and over priced products. Order online, or hell, go to the Wilko's 30 seconds walk away and you'll save loads of money, even on branded items. The shop is also on two floors with a confusing layout; things which you'd expect to be next to each other are spread between floors and staff are never really sure where things are either.
