Staff attitude and behaviour is rock bottom compared to years ago . Who’s to blame? Customer aggressive behaviour, shop lifting , lack of staff training which leads to staff assuming all customers are suspicious and need to be closely watched and followed in the shop ?? Very sad state .

Awful experience. Asked if I could post my DHL parcel. 2 staff started bickering between them selves on why the other should serve me (it got so awkward I had to look the other way) The guy behind the till then apologised saying he hadn’t the code to do it.
