Just upgraded my phone and it was a breeze the staff are great no pressure and easy going very knowledgeable regarding phone tech giving you plenty of options to look at and the time needed to decide definitely glad I'm with Vodafone great service

Have had some problems since December with my Vodafone account and the staff have been great trying to sort it out for me. (Time will tell there) The staff in both Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath branches are polite, friendly and keen to help.

Took my knackered phone here today. Ben went through what was on offer not pushy allowed me to pick what suited me. Other staff taking a hammering from awkward customers whist I was there! Kept their cool and dealt with it. Well run Burgess Hill branch .
