I was rushed into making a decision about my frames by a staff member who clearly just wanted me to pick a pair and get out of the door - he was so intent on rushing me that I forgot to use my discount code due to the pressure this man was applying.

Everyone was very kind as I have a hip problem and was helped to move around the shop. My eyes were tested and I was prescribed reading glasses. I was very happy with how I was treated and will definitely be visiting Vision Express again.
