I took a wonderful, dark brown overcoat to have the holes caused by ciggarete burns fixed. They explained to me how they are going to fix it, and 4 days later it was ready for collection.
This time I took some trousers to have them shortened and although I had to wait a week, the work is exceptionally done.
The staff are very nice, friendly and just pleasant.

This is probably the best customer service I?ve ever had, exceptional from 3 different members of staff so not just a one off. The jacket looks almost new, much better quality of work than Timpsons . Support local businesses please

I had the fleece lined inside car cover for my classic mini cleaned at Vic Davies. They did a wonderful job the cover has come up like new. I am very happy with the results so I highly recommend them.
