Five stars aren't enough for the UT crew. I've been coming to UT for a year now and I have been welcomed and encouraged and supported so much. I felt part of the community straight away - no-one looks down at you for not knowing what to do, everyone looks out for each other and helps everyone else. I wanted to start a fitness habit that I could commit to long-term, for my mental health and for my physical health (I'm 45 and want to future-proof myself) and I've definitely done that. I look forward to coming to classes (boxing and strength are my favourites) and I've never been fitter or worked harder. And I've made friends too (which is a big thing, as I'm pretty new to the area). Thank you to the UT team and community, you've made an immeasurable difference to my life.

Since moving out of london it?s taken me 4 years to find somewhere I LOVE to train. during my weeks free trail the coaches and members were so friendly I felt welcome and it?s great to train with people who are all positive and team players ? I love hearing that loads of members have been with the gym for years. Can?t wait to continue my fitness journey and be a part of the team

After 10 years of not doing any exercise due to back injury I decided it was time to get my body back into shape to help in the healing process. I then started looking for alternative places instead of the usual Gym which I?ve struggle with in the past (it?s a personal thing I guess!) in Burgess Hill area when I came across here, and I?m glad I did!! Everything about this place is fantastic, it?s private owned and the Coaches are all excellent; They are here to fully support you on your journey and in my case can adjust and modify any exercise that doesn?t feel right to me due to my lower back problem with ease, all I must do is let them know! I have joined just over two months ago, and the results has been way better than I could have anticipated; I feel stronger overall, specially on my lower back, eating healthier, sleeping better and with a much-improved energy level. If you are serious about your health and fitness, this is the place for you.
