I visited the store because I was having trouble finding a shower kit that would work with my existing fixings. Fortunately, Joanne K assisted me and went above and beyond to help. She took the time to measure all the risers to find one that matched the dimensions I needed and even guided me on how to install it properly. As someone who isn?t experienced with DIY, I truly appreciated her support and expertise.
