Visited the branch outside tesco in burgess hill on Sunday to get my boots resoled and heal. Was told they would be ready to collect on Wednesday. Went in on Wednesday and they hadn?t been finished. I said I would collect them end of day Thursday. Turned up at 5.55pm (signs say close at 6) and they are closed. I left work early to make sure I could get here on time. I now can?t get in to collect them until next week due to my work schedule. I needed these boots for a photo shoot on Sunday. To top it off the members of staff I spoke to on both Sunday and Wednesday both claimed to be extremely busy but both were seen not working and sitting down on their phones both when I entered and when I walked past after doing a food shop. Don?t claim to be busy and then sit on your phone. To say I?m ticked off is an understatement!

Proces here are daylight robbery, they are simply ripping people offGo to Vic Davies dry cleaners instead. They charged £15 for what timpsom wanted £100 for.So bad it's almost a scam!

I lost my keys in the Tesco car park after I had just had them cut. I phoned the shop back and instead of the man saying 'tough luck' he asked where I had parked, walked around the car park and found the keys.This is exceptional service, something you don't find too often these days.Well done Timpsons and thanks a million. Five Stars.

Discussed - zero starsThe sliding door to your shop was closed. I have a disability, and while I struggled to slide the door open your male member of staff watched me and shrugged his shoulders not offering me any help. It took me several minutes to get the door open. Your member of staff was doing nothing else expect standing and watching me!!It was a very upsetting experience!!!

Tried to use a few times, for keys and they never worked in the locks. Then tried to use them for a heel repair on a pair I was wearing as one heel was literally falling off. And although the guy had literally just done a whilst you wait 11+ keys for one person in the queue in front of me, he told me he didn't have the time to do whilst you wait heels as he had too much to do anyway! talk about bad customer service. he didn't even offer to take them in to be done even though i was hold a spare pair of shoes! will not bother using them again! Appalling customer service not what timpsons used to be

Broke my remote car key, went in Timpsons who cut me a new one costing 50.00 much cheaper than other places of 200.00 plus. Quick srrvice nice helpful guy.

4 keys cut cost £34 poor value. Simply keys done in a few minutes. Machine give much better value for money. When you question given angered response. Won't be using this place again.

Replaced both of my very fragile & badly broken black plastic Toyota Previa 2 button keys, with heavy duty plastic 2 button versions, far more durable, cut & fitted 2 replacement blades. All at a very reasonable price. Thank you Christian.

Could not have been more helpful, quality of work undeniable, basically it's a shoe repair service, but some men treasure their faithful footwear quite highly, I've had my Chelsea boots 25 years.

Didnâ??t have the key so told to come back later that week when theyâ??d have it in. As I needed it for Friday morning, I agreed and made a special trip on Thursday after work. Guy told me head office hadnâ??t sent it with no apology. Complete let down. Previous experiences of Timpson and their staff were positive. Not in Tesco BH.
