I had a problem opening my door , it was just over a year after buying a new build , I rung Vince after finding him online and he advised me not to keep forcing it and he would be round shortly , within 30 minutes everything was fixed and couldn’t ask for a better service . Thank you

Vince researched and fitted an Ultion Nuki smart locking system to our elderly Dad's front door for ease of access for his carers to come and go. The lock is brilliant and removes the worry about access issues, we can even check to see who's been and if they have locked up behind them as they've left! Would highly recommend Vince's services, nothing was too much trouble and his friendly helpful manner was really appreciated. Cheers Vince!

Highly recommend Vince he was very fast to arrive and upgrade our front door locks Extremely polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. he was able to upgrade are lock to British standard high security.Thank you for a great level of customer service, we will use The lock Master (Vince) for any future work without hesitation.

Vincent was really friendly, he was easy to contact and was really efficient (and quick) in changing my front door lock. He was very reasonably priced and I'm sure many other companies would have cost alot more and taken far more time. Would definitely use Vincent again and would recommend him to others.

Vince recently came and changed all of the locks on our house, and he has been fantastic throughout.His communication and keeping us updated on when the work was to be completed, ordering of parts and planned visits was perfect - would 100% recommend.
