Greeted with a smile excellent customer service service. On time appointment . Went through everything with me asked me questions I answered them the best I could . I always go to Specsavers, I wouldn?t go anywhere else.

Waste of NHS money !! Shameful...
After waiting patiently for new hearing aids so he can hear, my 94 year old Father has been completely let down by Specsavers .
Whilst waiting for his aids to arrive and be fitted, my Father collapsed and was taken into hospital.
He is now in a nursing home but because this home is now outside of the area for Specsavers Burgess Hill..the hearing aids paid for by the NHS are not going to be used!
I was told it was not their problem..go to Specsavers Worthing who tell me they use different equipment to Burgess Hill so cannot help either.
So much for Specsavers..wasting NHS money because they cannot collectively put the customer first..and have left a 94 year old , just out of hospital, unable to have his aids fitted
The owners should be held responsible for failing the NHS and their patients

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well looked after. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, from the eye test process to helping me choose the right frames. They combined professionalism with genuine warmth, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. It?s rare to find customer service that feels this personal. I was able to book an appointment on the day. From the moment I entered the store, the team members were all friendly and helpful. I was seen promptly. The kind lady who did the questionnaire and the scanning was lovely?and also then I saw her being exceptionally kind and caring to another customer who had some difficulties communicating. My optician was excellent. She walked me through my scans in brilliant detail (I was keen to understand), listened to my questions and spoke with kindness and good humour. The eye exam was efficient and I appreciated her explanations of my vision and her findings. Really impressed by my visit. Thank you!
