I visited tonight to purchase fuel, tried to redeem my points, the cashier said unable to redeem and tried to make up an argument when i request. Then i made the payment and came back to my car and i saw the cashier taking a picture of my vehicle which is offensive. Customer service was very rude.

I visited your station around 21:00 on 07.09.2023. The cashier took pictures of me and my car without my permission. When I confronted him, he not only denied it but also used offensive language towards me. Furthermore, he yelled, "Leave this country!" This behavior is completely unacceptable. Please address this issue.

During my recent visit, an attendant made a public announcement, ensuring all customers could hear him, that we shouldn?t keep our phones in our pockets. When I asked for clarification, he warned about the potential for phone batteries to explode. I understand and value concerns for safety, but this guidance seems out of touch with what is generally understood about mobile phones. I hope in the future the staff can be better educated on such topics so as to provide accurate information and prevent unnecessary alarm among customers.

Fuel is cheaper at Tesco, though Shell fuels may be better for your engine.This garage offers a Londis shop, with coffee, an ATM and vacumn service for the car. It also has an air pump for tyres that requires a pound coin minimum payment for five minutes of air or one litre of screen wash
