Great location, lots of parking. Excellent range of products. Ability to buy online for delivery or there's a click and collect option. The website doesn't alwats display stock correctly so if you're desperate for a particular product, it might be worth a quick call to check. There's also loads of alternatives if they are out of something. Pleasant and cheerful staff who are happy to help. Competitive pricing on stuff too.

walked in to the store, met a warm happy greeting, asked what i needed, was helped to add my order number, the staff were chatty, and happy which frankly makes a huge difference, and it felt really welcoming and familiar! A young lady called karen (i made sure to get her name for this review) genuinely put a smile on my face and couldnt do enough to help. i dont say this frivolously but this store, its employees, and no doubt management, must be doing something right and should be an example to all stores. well done screwfix, credit where its due. 5stars

Great shop... Go to for any DIY or tools.Normally always has good stock with commodity supplies but if not you can order online at 7pm at night and they deliver to store by 10am the next morning. Brilliant service thanks

We're having a new kitchen put in the house and the fitters ran out of paint, so being the nice chap I am I went to Screwfix to get them some paint so they could crack on with the rest of the job.Sounds strange, but I've never been to Screwfix but the staff was very helpful and the order system is like Argos, just put on the screen what you want, see it's in stock, and pay for it. Super system, perfect for non-trade type people like me. Will def. use again when we need some brushes.

Although they have some good priced products, but warm recommended to check Toolstation just a few yards away, there speed of service is horrendous! They take all opportunities to chit chatting with people . They need to be reminded to call staff to help customers when there is a long queue.Bad bad bad experience.I will definitely check before I order or get something from them. The two Stars are only earned because of prices
