I've been staying here twice a week for the past few months for work purposes and I have to say it's one of the more friendly locations I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and temperature controlled via a in room dial.
The rooms are a little tired if your gonna pic around the edges but honestly it's not a issue I've come across and the prem+ rooms when I've used them are fantastic, well equipped and VERY comfortable definitely worth the upgrade.
Regarding issues I've ever had any have been rectified swiftly by the staff on shift and to a satisfactory conclusion.
Now the staff, I cannot complain at all BUT two stand out by far..... Shannon & Zac!
Absolute superstars these two friendly welcoming faces regularly make my nights away from my family back in Yorkshire so much more easy to the point they now know me by name and what I am likely to order for food. They honestly do go above and beyond and surely have to be inline for some kind of promotion. Would I stay here if I was paying from my own pocket ABSOLUTELY YES! also Gatwick being only 30min away is another bonus.

Hotel rooms, staff and restaurant are great. It's in a business park so not a scenic location. About a mile from centre of Burgess Hill but taxi phone in reception or easy walk

Been many time to the hotel, just because of the location - close to CAE.
But the Service has never been so bad - practically Non-Existant! And don't rely on the WiFi - if it's working, it's very slow.
Don't recommend.

Stayed here before going to the Brighton v Chelsea FA Cup game. Didn't fancy driving home after the game, especially if it had gone to extra time and penalties Stadium is about 30 minutes away.

I was there Sunday night to Monday morning. Nice warm room. Staff were great, especially the breakfast waitress, a lovely smile, and very friendly, and the
breakfast wasn't bad either. lol definitely a great start to a wet Monday morning.

Decent , bit awkward to get to as a foot passenger, bit hard to get off the estate too.
Nearby activities: Bit dead locally, nothing really to do unless you have a car .
Walkability: Long drab walk through an industrial estate.

Nice Premier Inn. Staff really really helpful. Had a small request which Becky, who was sitting in on the front desk, managed to sort out for me within minutes.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and the chef was super nice to talk to.
Housekeeping were super friendly. Will definitely stay again.
Rooms: Rooms are clean and basic but comfortable
Noteworthy details: WiFi is the only thing that's a bit iffy.

Well, we turned up with our two kids (5 & 9) on Christmas Eve. My son has recently got over a bout of pneumonia, and has been in and out of hospital, and coughing a lot in the night. When we entered the room at about 4pm, it was very cold. The thermostat said 15 degrees. We turned the heating on, and went out to my sister?s house so the kids could see their cousins. When we returned at 10.30pm, the room was still 15 degrees. We returned to reception to complain, and there were two guys stumbling around drunk trying to check in. The lady on reception was very polite to us, and explained ?people complain about the heating not working every day?. We were somewhat surprised that the daily complaints hadn?t resulted in the heating being fixed, especially as in December/January in England the temperatures can become very cold. She brought us two electric radiators, and by about midnight the room was habitable. The next door neighbour was also stumbling drunk, so drunk in fact that I had to help him put his key card in the slot to turn his lights on as he was incapable. So all in all we weren?t that impressed with our stay there, although the staff were very apologetic and offered us a free breakfast in the morning.
Rooms: Cold - no heating
Noteworthy details: Quite a lot of drunk patrons

Great value for money, with the best staff! The breakfast has certainly improved since the Beefeater days, freshly cooked and of good quality, even if a little short on some items towards the end of service (fruit juice and pastries). The rooms are very well kept, tidy and cleaned to a high standard. ALL staff were professional and friendly, not an easy thing to achieve and a credit to the management. After such a pleasant stay I hate to drop a star but on arrival in the dark I twisted my ankle on the broken grate in the photo while unloading the car, a quick fix so looking forward to a five star visit next time.

Really impressed with my stay at the premier in Burgess Hill. The staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Manager Lee was very efficient, gave us the best service for dinner in the restaurant. Hope to return again soon!
