I renewed both my driving licence and passport on the same visit to Burgess Hill Post Office and was bowled over by the service; super quick, easy and at a very fair price. And no form filling, it?s all done for you. I couldn?t recommend this service enough. Bravo and thank you to the staff there.

I used the post office to do both myself and my daughters passport as I thought it would be easier - mine had expired and I needed to change my name to my married name and my daughters was her first! The lady was really lovely, although my daughter was being a pickle and wouldn't let her take her photo without crying or reaching out for me, but she was extremely patient. Anyway, I passed all the paperwork needed to the lady and she inputted all the information for both my daughter and myself digitally. I paid for the service/passports and left. My new passport has arrived. Unfortunately, my daughter had an error with her surname which was spelt incorrectly, I notified the post office straight away and they were helpful but due to gdpr said I had to contact the passport office to log the mistake which I did. I was able to use a friend who was able to confirm my daughters picture and info, however within this stage we noticed there was another error the area of birth was wrong - due to both these issues the person was rejected and after calling the passport office it was due to the information being incorrect on application, this has now been updated by them but I now have to find someone else to confirm - so not ideal and to find someone else has been a pain ! It would have been helpful if the information was checked by myself before being sent across to cause unnecessary delays. So overall not a great service, but the lady was really helpful and tried to help. Sarahx

I've been using this Post Office several times a week for nearly ten years. The staff are friendly and helpful and I didn't realise how efficient they were until I tried sending items from other Post Offices which were just awful experiences. Thank you Burgess Hill staff for all your efforts!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. There can be long queues as it gets very busy at times. But the queue goes down quickly.

A few months ago my husband, son and myself needed our passports renewed. We went to Burgess Hill post office were we were served by Nasrin. She was exceptionally helpful with filling in the forms, the photos, making sure everything that was needed was there. She was charming, professional, very patient, kind and helpful. Just outstanding. Thank you so much Nasrin, you made it so easy for us. Sorry we are late in writing this review.
