Called into Pets at Home Burgess Hill to look for a crate large enough for our 5 year old Doberman. My wife and i were feeling upset because we had just been advised our dog would need surgery for a cruciate ligament injury and would need to be crated for 6 weeks. Served by Peter who was brilliant. Empathetic and sympathetic. Listened really carefully while we explained the issue and what we needed. He carefully explained the range of crates in stock, and also those that could be ordered and delivered within a day or two. Really patient with us whilst we deliberated and then ordered our selection and ensured it arrived on due date.
Also on duty when I picked it up and once again just demonstrated a really caring and helpful attitude. Can?t thank him enough for all his help, advice and support. A real gentleman !!

Friendly staff and easy parking. I will just say, only reason it?s not a 5 star is the selection for cats is a bit lacking compared to dogs.
