I always have a good experience with staff in the branch here. It's so nice to still have a high street banking provider that welcomes customers into branch and at the counter. Yes, it does mean that sometimes the queue for the counter can be a bit long, but that's because sometimes online customer services just doesn't deliver or people simply don't want to spend their life online. I am definitely sticking with Nationwide as my bank because of their commitment to a high street presence (including the smaller towns) and a commitment to staffing their branches with staff and not just ATMs and a single member of staff to point you in their direction.

Born in the UK but a resident of California since the early 90s, my problem was complicated as LPA for my elderly parent. Erick at the Burgess Hill branch went above and beyond to explain and problem solve my issue as I tried to consolidate accounts. He was patient, empathetic and did everything in his power to resolve the issue and get to the outcome I required. I cannot recommend him highly enough. And just to mention Tina at the counter who was just a joy. Thank you for making a complicated transaction easy!

I am currently switching over to nationwide from santander and I had a query I went into the branch and the service was amazing, made me feel great about becoming a nationwide member and put my mind at rest as I have autism

Wonderful staff at burgess hill, who are always willing to help and go that extra mile. Eric has been so helpful and kind especially since I've been having a difficult time. Couldn't recommend this branch more!

Most enjoyable experience at Nationwide this afternoon.I had completely messed up my internet attempt to obtain an ISA which was calmly and patiently solved by the staff at the counter.Theyturned a calamity into an every day occurrence and I left the building in high spirits.Thank you Katie and the manager.

I visited Nationwide in Burgess Hill today and found the whole experience so friendly and helpful.I was having problems today trying to invest online and decided to visit the Burgess Hill branch where I was meet by Erick Mushambi, he guided me through the online process and the few problems that I was having he overcome.I cannot praise Erick enough for he?s help, he?s kindness and understanding,and professional service.I would recommend anyone to visit Nationwide Burgess hill.Well done Erick
