New to Burgess Hill and this is the first Chinese I tried in the area. I've lived all over the UK and as such have had Chinese takeaways from many different areas. I can confidently say that this is the most disgusting Chinese takeaway I've ever had. The food, and in particular the meats, were slimy and genuinely tasted vile.
I'm not sure what all of the other good reviewers are ordering but would have to urge anyone reading this to avoid this takeaway based on my experience.

New to Burgess hill and this is by far the worst Chinese I have ever had . I ordered a special fried rice with sauce . There was no sauce and it was definitely not fried . It was boiled meats and veg chucked on top of soggy rice . The beef was fatty, chicken and prawns were slimy and the pork was okay but dry . Chicken satay skewers were tough and inedible. Would not recommend

Not the worse in the world quick and friendly. Always find you spend so much on a Chinese and that parts a little disappointing.

Have used Lucky quite a few times now, but this evening was the most delicious food we have had. Service was fast, food was hot and tasted fantastic. Had a mix of foods but the beef in garlic and black bean was the best!

Run by a sweet family, very pleasant calm and laid back. It is a joy to go in and order, food always consistently good and hot, because these people have high standards and good habits they don?t waiver from. Other restaurants should learn from this
