Left phone for a battery change. Picked up 30mins later and was advised my phone was bent which I thought was odd but thought nothing of it. A week in, the ear piece stopped working, 2 weeks in, the Face ID no longer works and now ( about a month later) the phone keeps on turning off for no reason. Popped in today to ask if they could check if the work had been done properly and was told it had nothing to do with the work undertaken and that they would charge 30£ to check. Terrible customer service and wouldn?t recommend.

Took my sons Xbox Series S in to replace the HDMI port. The job turned out to be more difficult than they thought, but they got it done and still charged me the same price as initially quoted!

Brought my daughter?s iPad in for repair, as it would no longer charge. Quoted new charge port. Left for a few days for repair to be completed. As soon as I got the iPad home it wouldn?t charge. Contacted i-tech advised I could get a refund and to bring the iPad into the shop. When taken back the owner said he had put a new battery in for free, and would try and get it fixed. I left the iPad with him for about a week. I have now had the iPad for a few weeks and the charging port has just stopped working again.I wish I had taken direct to Apple that way the work would have been guaranteed.

Bought my Macbook pro in to have the whole screen replaced - really well done wouldn't even know it was a replacement. even delivered it to my door when finished - and most importantly, reasonably priced.

scammer sells faulty phones put together with inferior Chinese parts and gives you 0 warranty then offers you half the money back on WhatsApp and deletes the whatsapp message when you say you won't the phone fixed , don't waste your money go buy a new phone from carphone warehouse or cex that give you a warranty
