I was recommended Howdens kitchens for a refurb job in Brighton ?24. I cannot rate Carly (kitchen designer) more highly. She was incredible from the get-go, we clicked immediately and she ?got? everything I wanted to achieve. Her design was superb - cleverly working extra gems into the awkward shape room we had. She was so bright & quick to come up with ideas to share, which I really appreciated & her contact was always welcome. She also listened to & stuck to the brief, it was bang on every time we amended anything. She was able to offer economising solutions in some areas - brilliant - while upgrading in areas of importance (loved the wine cooler in the island, hidden waste solution and space she somehow found for Everything & all the clever extras!) We added to our order with units for seating in the dining area, I?ll upload a photo. It?s a lovely contrasting colour - again works so well & a great storage solution idea by Carly, thank you. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and I particularly liked her positive, can-do approach, finding solutions not problems. I was delighted with her care, attention to detail and intelligence throughout. A bonus was that when she came to site, she was incredibly likeable, which is always important. My project manager has actually since used Carly & Howdens for another job due to how impressed we were. It?s only taken me a year to write this review ????? But I haven?t forgotten, as when I see the kitchen it reminds me how superb she was & the compliments I get about it are a reflection of her really. Hence why I write this long review! Carly I have recommended you guys to many contacts, and you will be my first call on the next refurb job.

Great friendly staff with great choice. Penny designed our kitchen which is fabulous even tho the store very kindly stored it as we had a Tennent who would not vacate. Also top marks for the young lady behind the counter. Always smiling and super helpful. Big thanks to the team at Howdens Burgess hill.

Can?t speak for the company itself however an evident employee in a white estate car with your logo plastered on the side harassed me all the way down London road in his car. He aggressively accelerated behind me in an attempt to scare me to break the speed limit and then honked his horn repetitively whilst revving the car loudly when I did not comply. I suggest you encourage employees to represent the company professionally and appropriately both in and out of the workplace. Can safely say I will never use this company because of that experience!

Best retailer I have dealt with, good manager, staff and products. Helpful and obliging who's only aim is to please. Highly recommend to anyone. If I could give it more stars, I would.

I use Howdens Burgess Hill extremely often and everytime I go in there the service is brilliant and nothing is ever a problem. 5 stars all day long from me!
